Wine and Cheese tasting

Wine and Cheese tasting in "Montepulciano" and "Pienza" area: we can organize for you a special trip in the wine land with a Guide (who pick-up you directly here in my Property) who show you the most famous wineries where you can taste the wine. Most of the tasting services are free, but we can organize also a payment trip in the largest winery with a little extra-cost. Before or after the wine tour, the Guide show you Pienza and his famous cheese in the shops of the Center of the Town.

Cooking Classes

Dear Guests, my name is Anna and I will be your cooking teacher at "Rocca di Pierle Country House". Actually I'm teaching "Current trends in Italian cuisine" in one international school in Florence; moreover I give lessons to people who are interested in learning Italian and international dishes. I had worked for a five star luxury hotel in Milan and recently I had been in San Francisco for a chef demo at the California Culinary Academy. Cooking has always been my passion and I'm continuously updating my knowledge by attending cooking courses and reading cooking books and magazines.

Dear Guests, my name is Laura and I will be your cooking teacher at "Rocca di Pierle Country House". I will introduce you in Italian cooking and mainly in traditional Tuscan recipes. I help you with simple tips and tricks to optimize and to organize your time in the kitchen with excellent results.

We will provide a full culinary experience including the right wine for your meal. Since I was a child, I was taught not to waste food so we could help you prepare delicious meals using leftovers. So that, going back home, you'll be able to cook Italian food!

The lesson includes a complete 4 courses menu and it is organized as follows: First of all I will send you some menu proposals, then you will choose the dishes to make; secondly we'll buy the ingredients and bring what is necessary to prepare the food; finally we will spend three hours enjoying ourselves cooking and sharing cooking tips and tasting what we have prepared at Rocca di Pierle Country House: We look forward to spending my time with you at "Rocca di Pierle Country House"
