The
La Valle apartment is on the ground floor and derives its
name from the breathtaking panoramic view on the entire Pierle
valley and the Niccone river. Also this apartment has a private
entrance, two double bed rooms, living room (with sofa bed),
fireplace, kitchenette and bathroom. The 70 mq² apartment
can accommodate 4 to 6 persons. As with all other apartments,
during restructuring special attention was given to materials
and the ancient design typical of the region without forgetting
the most modern accessories, such as satellite-TV and telephone
in all rooms.
Thanks to its location on a hill and the massive over 60 cm
thick bearing walls all rooms are cool in the summer making
air-conidtioning unnecessary and keep in the heat during the
winter. The old storeroom located in the basement adjoining
the apartments doubles up as breakfast room and is available
to guests for their lunches and dinners. The apartment may
be rented together with the whole of the country house.
