• Mid weekly cleaning; 35,00 euro for “La Loggia”, 45,00 euro for “La Valle” and “Il Monte".
• "Welcome Pack"(includes the main products to cook), 50,00 euro for two people, 75,00 euro for four, 150,00 euro for the whole villa.
• Bed linen and toilet towels change, 20,00 euro each time a person
• Toilet towels change, 12,00 euro each time a person.
• Use of "Cambusa"(a new Common Room for Groups), 100,00 euro a week.
• Washing machine, 5,00 euro each time (soap included).
• Pets, on request, 50,00 euro a week.

Prices do not include but can be supplled on request:

• Heating, 20,00 euro a day.
• Dishes wash, 15,00 euro.
• Baby cot, 40,00 euro a week (please reservation in advance).

General Dispositions:

• Deposit, 250,00 euro for each apartment to be paid at arrival at “Rocca di Pierle”.
• Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a 40% account by bank transfer, international money order or PayPal.
• Guest will pay the rest of amount due at their arrival.
  
• Apartments must be vacated by 9.30 am.
  
• Weekly stays with arrival on every day, available in “low”and “mid” season, on request.
