Prices includes:

• Welcome Gift (a fresh home made cake).

General Dispositions:

• Deposit, 250,00 euro for each apartment, 500,00 euro for the entire Villa, to be paid at arrival at “Rocca di Pierle”.
• Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a 40% account.
• Guest will pay the rest of amount due at their arrival.
• Apartments must be vacated by 9.30 am.
• Weekly stays with arrival on every day, available in “low”and “mid” season, on request.
